The dream in progress...



Update: April 09 - OK, so it has been WAY to long between updates with this beast. Since last update the boat has undergone some major changes, including a change of storage location. In short Dave has busted his @rse and the interior layout of the boat is now largely built, including bulkheads, raised floor for engines etc. We will now work to complete entire sections of the interior, glassing up and then painting with flowcoat etc. Engine beds will be built to fit the chosen engines in the near future. As far as the outside of the boat goes, the majority of the glasswork is now complete, with the transom's sterndrive holes now glassed over, the front windows glassed in and all major repairs complete. No work has yet been done to the flybridge. So in short, lots of work has been done, lots more has yet to be done but huge progress has been made.

Update: Easter 07' - Dave and myself gut the majority of internal fittings. A few weeks later Dave removes the 'extended' flybridge. October 07' - More destruction: Dave, Chris, Angelo, Red, Fraser and myself grind back the gelcoat to bare glass on the bottom of the hull and in problem areas elsewhere. Stripping of the interor continues. Reglassing the base of the hull and other problem areas is next priority.
